  • Era unfolds — Our origins

    For us, it was a runway show in Helsinki. One of us, working in the fashion industry, stepped onto the catwalk wearing a gown created by the other — a designer with a deep appreciation for sculptural beauty and fashion designing. In that moment, we recognized we shared the same vision:

    To make Finnish fashion bigger, bolder, and impossible to overlook.

    Finland is world-renowned for its architecture, furniture, and visual arts. Yet Finnish fashion design — the art form closest to our hearts — has long been underrepresented on the global stage. Too many talented Finnish designers have lacked the visibility, platform, and resources to grow internationally. We set out to change that.

    Founded in Helsinki in 2025, Maison de l’Era is both a creative agency and luxury fashion house dedicated to elevating Nordic design. We combine artistry, craftsmanship, and bold vision to create a platform where designers can thrive, their work can shine, and sustainable fashion can be celebrated.
